Lori Strong is the manager of production engineering and SMT manufacturing at NEL Americas (formerly NEC), a division of NatSteel Electronics, the fifth largest electronic contract manufacturer worldwide. Lori graduated from OSU with two BS degrees--one from IME (MECOP option) and the second in Business Administration.
She has also completed an MS degree in Management of Science and Technology from ¾«¶«Ó°ÊÓ Graduate Institute. She is known for building partnerships between business and education and conducts on-site tours and workshops for junior high and high school students as well as sponsoring teachers during the summer. Ms. Strong is the MECOP Board member for NEL Americas and provides opportunities for senior projects to OSU students.
